All residents are asked to fill out a Resident Information Form Please bring this form to the FLCA office.  If you are a new homeowner, please bring your disclosure statement from your closing documents with you.  If you are a renter, please bring in a copy of your executed lease.

Annual dues are $1,240.00 per year, or $310.00 per quarter. Homeowners will be mailed a coupon booklet after closing on their property.  Booklets are mailed out once per year by Community Group. (If you are signed up with Klik n Pay, you will not receive a coupon booklet.)  If you are in a sub-association (Worth Crossing, Arbor Lakes, Gateway Circle, Ravenswood, Ravenscroft, Willow Bend, Timberwood Square, or Springridge) you will have additional sub-association dues.  Please contact Real Property at 434.971.1600 if you need further information.  Gateway residents please call Sanjay Suri at Community Group, 434.984.0700.

Trash and recycling services are  provided by County Waste and are included in your homeowner dues. Each home should have a trash toter and separate recycle toter. Trash and recycle are  picked up every Tuesday.  You may put both out no earlier than 6:00pm the evening before and should be brought in by 7:00pm the day of trash pickup.  Should you need an extra toter (at no charge) please call the association office at 434.973.4596.  Please do not store your toter within street view.

Forest lakes is a planned residential community in which residents are obligated to abide by certain rules and restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Declaration of Rights, Restrictions and Conditions, the Resident Rules and Regulations and the ARB Process and Application, the Bylaws and the Mailbox Regulations.  These resident rules and regulations are put in place to promote the preservation of home values and provide for the safety of residents and visitors.   Should you have any questions, please contact the FLCA office.
