The Architectural Review Board and Process

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) exists so that Forest Lakes can remain a special place to live.  Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must meet the Forest Lakes Rules and Regulations and submit an application before initiating work.  Examples of changes include, but are not limited to, significant landscaping; tree removal; fences; sheds; color changes of siding, doors, or shutters; and home additions.  If you have questions on whether your project needs ARB approval, please call the Association office at 973-4596.  The integrity and beauty of surrounding neighborhoods is maintained by adhering to the policies of the ARB.  Thanks for your cooperation!

The ARB consists of the following resident volunteers:

  • Todd McGee (Chair)
  • John Schmidt
