Field reservations must be made to use the North and South athletic fields for organized practice and games.  Reservation forms can be downloaded or picked up at the FLCA office.Please return all completed forms to the Field Use Coordinator, Tamera Hammond (manager@forestlakes.net).  Priority for use of the fields is:1. Youth athletic team with a Forest lakes resident as Head Coach.2.  Youth athletic team with a resident as Assistant Coach (must be listed on official team roster)3. Youth athletic team with a resident as one of the parents, 4. Adult athletic team with a resident as a player or coach. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FIELDS WHEN THEY ARE WET OR DAMP! Use the SOCA hotline (434.817.7246) as your guide.  If their fields are closed, so are ours.
